macOS Mojave installer reboots "Failed to set NVRAM property"

Hey guys !

I've been trying to install macOS Mojave on my Thinkpad T480 (specs below) for a few days now with no luck. So I wanted to see if you guys could help me out!

Thanks to this github repo: https://github.com/kk1987/T480s-hackintosh I'm able to boot into the installer from my USB format my disk on disk utility and start the install of macOS, BUT when the installer show "about 2 minutes remaining" the computer suddenly reboots with a few error messages in the install log (see the image)

I have the APFS drivers installed and I've tried AptioMemoryFix-64.efi, OsxAptioFix(1 and 3 )Drv-64.efi with and without EmuVariableUefi-64.efi via Clover Configurator

All of this with the same results, computer rebooting at "About 2 minutes remaining", I can see the "Install macOS from <mySSDpartition>" but it won't got past the apple logo and "15 minutes remaining"

The USB drive is a Sandisk Cruizer Blade 32GB USB 2 built on a patched 2011 MacBook Pro (The installer was downloaded from the appstore after the patch)
