[PSA] a Dell technician came over to replace my WiFi card with the DW1560 which I had bought, but instead sneaked in an Intel 8625 card and stole my DW1560.

So the title says it all. I own a Dell XPS 15 9570, got Dell to replace the Killer WiFi card because it is trash (as well as not being Hackintosh compatible).

I had already bought the DW1560 and gave it to him to install, however, thinking everything was fine and attempting to install macOS, I couldn't get my WiFi or BT working.

I was so annoyed because everything worked in Windows. So I gave up and fresh installed Windows. I looked in my Device manager only to see that it said Intel Wireless-AC 8265. So not only did he not tell me he put this card in, but he stole my DW1560 and gave back the Killer WiFi card. I am absolutely disgusted and am currently talking to Dell about this - I will update you all.
