I'm about to try out my first Hackintosh so I'm currently researching. So, I decided to Hackintosh the HP EliteDesk 800 G2 after looking at [this post]( https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/hp-elitedesk-800-g2-hp-prodesk-600-g2-success.261452/ ) from tonymacx86.
After watching a youtube video on Vanilla installation [here]( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fA9AotXqkqA ). It appears much easier than the tonymacx86 one. So I am now thinking of using the vanilla method.
My only concern is that, I can only find HP EliteDesk 800 G2 using tonymacx86 method online, not vanilla. Will the vanilla method still work with my computer? Which is recommended for first timers?
