Stability for live production events?

I'm new to hackintosh and I'm wondering how stable this option is in critical live production applications. I'd build a desktop, not laptop.

It might need to run anything like TouchDesigner, MAonPC, Waves DSP, Notch, Resolume, Pro Tools, etc.

Assuming I get the optimal hardware and set up everything properly, how stable is a hackintosh? Can it be just as reliable as a mac pro? Too risky to use in live events?

I'm not planning to use a hackintosh immediately, I'm just tryin to gauge if this is something I can look further into or if it's not worth the effort if I require reliability.
