To start, I think this is just my GPU but it could be limitations of the CPU. Whenever I'm using iMovie and editing, or opening a QuickTime video, the playback is choppy and laggy. Exporting from iMovie though, it comes out perfectly fine if I watch it on another device. The problem also persists on YouTube for Chrome if I stream 1080p60, and in VLC.
I am running MacOS El Capitan (10.11.6)
My CPU is an Intel Core 2 Duo 1.86Ghz
My GPU is an AMD Radeon HD 6450 1GB
I have 5GB RAM in the machine
I have WhateverGreen, and Lilu.
