Some question abount CPU power management . (skylake, Cascade Lake, catalina)

CPU: Intel Xeon Gold 6278 ( Cascade Lake)

Motherboard: EPC621D8A

GPU: RX590

I have try some fakecpuid, but not work, how can I find a useful fakecpuid?

• Cpu always at 3G hz.

I have try AppleIntelInfo.kext(https://github.com/Piker-Alpha/AppleIntelInfo), which cause cpu panic(fault cpu).

• I use ssdtPRGen generate ssdt to load x86platformplugin, but cpu frequency still at 3G hz.

I always check PluginType in clover. And the temprature is higher than windows.
