ok, so i’m sorry i’m advance because i have no idea what i’m talking about here.
i bought a hackitosh recently off a guy on ebay and it ran smoothly except the bluetooth wasn’t working.
so i was told to copy certain kexts (i don’t even know what they are tbh) into the extensions folder and then run some kext app.
first i ran the kext app and dragged the files in there but after the bt not working i copied the files into extensions and then ran the app after.
both times i had to type the password to make changes etc. when i copied the files manually it asked to overwrite the first ones. i figure it must have had the same effect? like i said i ran the kext app after and it “did its thing” until it said it was ready..
anyway now after restarting the loading bar takes ages on the black screen with the apple logo and when it’s full nothing else happens.
sry this is not a shitpost i’ve just got no clue. thanks for your help!
