Is it possible to have both Windows and Mac OS installed on a laptop simultaneously?

Hi all, I don't really know too much about dual OS on a computer. But I wanted to know if it'd be possible to have both windows 10 and Mac OS on the same machine and be able to boot to either one at will without too much trouble. I'd be interested to know if this is possible for any laptop period, and which laptops it's capable on, but I'm most interested in my own laptop which is a Lenovo L380 Yoga Core i5-8250U and 8GB of RAM, no discrete graphics.

I've built a few of my own computers and know my way around a BIOS and stuff, but other than that I don't know too much about operating systems other than Windows 7 or 10. I'd really appreciate any guidance here and sorry if I come off as ignorant. Thanks.
