dell vestro 3559 clover problem

hello guys i installed Mojave on my laptop (dell vestro 3559 I5 5th generation) i am hiving 2 major problems 1- when i copy the EFI folder from the usb that i used for the installation to the EFI partition on my hard drive the macos boot option doesn't show on clover (while it works fine when i boot from hard drive), the installation created a container for the mac partitions (idk if that matters) so i am still using the usb to boot clover 2- i had a fresh installation of windows 10 on my hard drive but the mac installation erased the EFI partition how do i restore or recreate it (i have a flash drive with a bootable windows 10 in it) i guess the 2nd problem is answered in the dual boot post on the help page but i dont think that would help if i dont fix the clover issue first i tried googling it but didn't have any luck thanks in advance guys and if any of u have a similar hackintosh i would appreciate a pack of drivers to directly install to my device thnx again guys
