How can I try out OpenCore without nuking my perfectly working Clover hackintosh?

When I set up my hackintosh, I used Clover and absolutely everything on it works perfectly so I'm reluctant to mess with it. OpenCore appears to be the future of hackintoshing, so I want to learn how to use it, but I don't want to mess up my dual-booting hack.

Is there a way for me to tinker with and try out OpenCore without affecting my existing Clover setup?

I have Windows 10 on one SSD, macOS Mojave on a second SSD, and I have a third blank SSD. My plan is to create an OpenCore USB flash drive and install a fresh copy of macOS Mojave on the blank SSD, but I have some questions:

  1. With the Open Core USB stick, do I use the same SMBIOS as my Clover setup (iMac18,3) or can I switch it to iMac19,1 which is closer to the hardware of my hackintosh?

  2. Can I or should I use the same serial number as my Clover hack or use a new one?

  3. Will OpenCore screw up my Windows 10 installation and EFI? I don't want to "bootcamp" my Window 10 drive which I've heard is what OpenCore actually does.

  4. How can I avoid screwing up my working iCloud/iMessage on my Clover hack while testing iCloud/iMessage on OpenCore? I don't want to get my account banned by Apple, especially when I finally transition my system from Clover to OpenCore permanently.
