which MAC OS can I use with my hardware?

Hi guys,
I need some help installing a hackintosh. First of all, it's my first attempt at installing hackintosh.
But my doubt is what would be the most compatible OS with my hardware, and if I have a risk of corrupting another OS,
if I install the MAC OS on the same HD as Windows.
My hardware is below:
- Intel Core i3 2130
- 6GB RAM
- RX 570
