Open Core Installation Loop

Hello... I'm having a problem and I hope someone can help me with it...

In trying to install Mac Os Catalina, using OpenCore 0.7.2. The installation goes fine, until it's time for the first reboot.

After the reboot, I'm taken back to the Install Mac OS Catalina (external) prompt and then the install starts over again.

There's no other option in the picker, except for an NVRAM reset. The restart occurs instantly and there's barely enough time to read what's on the screen.

I'd appreciate any ideas/feedback. Thanks in advance.
