Can't find a way to set proper resolution

Hi everyone! I've been using my hackintosh for more than a year with another TV without many issues, but now I had to change the display, and the new TV is not natively supported. In the settings i can change to "default monitor" which sets irt to a horrible 1080p, or I can manually pick 4K, but at the cost of very small UI which is killing me. Also, when I pick 4K I can only select 30Hz as the refresh rate, which is not great with a 49" display.

Is there something I can do to adjust the UI and the refresh rate? So far I tried adding -igfxmpc and -igfxcdc because a guy had similar problems with my same hardware, but I had no luck. Also, this change seems to be giving me flickering problems (which are making this post really hard to write)

Any suggestion?
