HOWTO: Share a Bluetooth pairing (headphones, etc) between macOS and macOS

I have a MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018) with macOS Big Sur (11.6.1).

I'm also using an external NVMe disk with macOS Monterey (12.0.1) on the same laptop.

When I boot to the other macOS I always need to pair my Bose NC700 headphones via Bluetooth. Can I somehow share Bluetooth paring on the same laptop between two different macOS?

Most of the guides show how to configure Mac <--> Windows or Mac <--> Linux, but I cannot find a guide for Mac <--> Mac.
