Sidecar not working with USB or Wifi

I'm not really sure whats going on, I have all settings that should be working on. Specs: i710700k, 6600xt, 32 gb 3200mhz ram, MSI Z490a-pro, samsung 970 evo pro ssd, fenvi t919 wifi card. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
