Any recommended mac version for my old laptop?

Hi all!

I'm trying to install Opencore and MacOS to my old laptop - Lenovo Ideapad 100 - 15IBD. The specs are
CPU:i3 5005u
GPU:intel integrated(HD 5500)
RAM:4GB DDR3L
Disk:120GB SSD

I'll use my laptop for office works and browsing web. Which OS will give best performance? I heard recent versions like Big sur and Monterey are a bit slow for 4gb ram, so I'm thinking Mojave or Catalina. Any advice would be appreciated :)
