Bios date and time

Hello guys. I have successfully installed macOS but there’s an error that keeps bugging me. It first appeared when I booted into the macOS installer and has been popping up since then. I will attach a picture to show the error. It goes away when I press entered to reboot the system and my laptop boots into macos and everything works fine. This issue was not here before I was on windows on the same laptop so it can not be the cmos battery. I have noticed something else as well. When disable set time automatically in macos and choose the correct time myself, it changes the time in in bios to a wrong one. When I change time in bios to correct one it changes time in macos. Someone pls help me.
