On getting the mac os installer where you set disk utilities….

My Trackpad isn’t working guys anyone can tell me what’s the problem!? Voodoo kext are their too and external mouse isn’t working too! But keyboard is working I have a laptop dell latitude 5490 i5 8th gen kabby lake Intel UHD 620 8/256 GB
