OpenCore freezing at 18 mins left on install

Hi, this is my first time installing MacOS and every time I try to install, it freezes at 18 minutes left. I am installing Ventura and have also tried Monterey which did the same thing. Below are my specs:

HP Victus 16

Ryzen 5 5600H

Radeon RX5500m

1tb WD SN570 SSD (the one I'm installing to)

512gb SY Heinix SSD

8Gb ddr4 3200mhz ram

I understand that the GPU isn't supported but would also like to know if I have to disable it before installation because I haven't done that. I also have a picture of the error that appears when booting into the usb but still boots into the installer. Hope someone can help!
