Updated 2014 iMac from Big Sur to Monterey, it's now prompting to install Sonoma.

Hi

First time using OpenCore. I very recently downloaded it and went through the motions to upgrade a decent spec 2014 iMac (i7 4.0Ghz Quad Core, 32GB RAM, AMD R9 M295X 4GB) from Big Sur - the last version it was allowed to use - to Monterey. This all went as expected - everything appears to be working properly.

Upon rebooting it for the final time it immediately prompted to install the latest version of macOS Sonoma. I wasn't expecting this, and don't know what to do. I had assumed it would just stay on Monterey and since there weren't any updates likely to ever come for it that I wouldn't need to worry about the macOS updater.

I assume allowing macOS to update from 12.7.4 to 14.4.1 is probably not going to end well, is it?

I have a Time Machine backup for the previous Big Sur install and am currently doing one for Monterey.

Thanks in advance!
