I am using OpenCore 1.0.0 with Mac OS Sonoma 14.5 (previously 14.4.1). Everything is working (power usage, graphics, USBs, HDMI, internal speaker, jack, card reader, webcam, microphone, trackpad and keyboard, brightness, battery, etc...)
