The usual place does not work

The reason I'm looking for past installers is , I did installed sonomas in the past with no problems, on my laptop, and had to go back to windows. Now that I want to go back and try ton upgrade from ventura, I cant install sonoma at all. I remember the first time I did it I had no problem. So can anyone be some kind to point me to the right direction. Thanks for your time.
