| Hello! i upgraded my 2015 Macbook Pro to Sequoia last december and it’s been working perfectly fine until recently. Last week, my Mac apparently died with only 54% battery and after I had plugged it in, it’s been extremely laggy. Trying to minimalise or maximise a finder window takes at least 15 seconds with it lagging HORRENDOUSLY. It’s become pretty much unusable. I have it dualbooted with windows 10 via Bootcamp assistant and it works flawlessly on there, no lag whatsoever. Initially, I thought it had been infected with a virus, but after doing a full system scan with Malwarebytes, it came back empty. Does anyone know what might be the cause of this? it’s driving me absolutely insane 🫠 Specs: Intel Core i7 3.1GHz 8GB RAM Intel Iris 6100 Graphics [link] [comments] |
