Has anyone successfully installed macOS Sequoia on a 2011 MacBook Pro with only 4GB RAM?

I have a MacBook Pro 13" Late 2011 (i7, 4GB RAM, 500GB SSD). I’m planning to upgrade to 16GB DDR3 RAM in about half a month, but I would like to test macOS Sequoia with OpenCore Legacy Patcher before that.

Officially macOS Sequoia requires 8GB of RAM, and I know performance will probably be bad and a lot of swapping will happen, which could wear the SSD faster. What I need to know is simply:

Has anyone tried running Sequoia on a 2011 MBP with only 4GB RAM?
Will it at least boot and run basic tasks like web browsing or simple office work?
Or is it likely that the installation will break or become unbootable until I upgrade the RAM?

This machine is just a test device for me, not my daily driver. I just want to avoid doing a full Sequoia install only to end up having to restore Monterey again.

Any experiences or feedback would be appreciated!
