Mom updated iMAC 13,1 that I had with Sonoma to Tahoe and now its not working

Hello, I just have a quick question. I had an imac 2012 with sonoma. It had the red icon showing that i could update and my mom unfortunately installed. Is the a way to roll back without having to wipe the whole drive? Is it possible a future OCLP update supports tahoe and it just works?
