Using the Xiaomi Mi air 12.5 (no ethernet port, no virtualization)

This is kinda weird. I think i can only do this from a real mac at this point.

So, as a gather, i can do this 3 ways.

1.real mac(not an option)

2.Virtual machine(xiaomi made sure to not include this option is bios).

3.Create usb stick from windows, but you need an active internet conection while installing(wifi not supported,no ethernet port).

Is there any way to create the FULL usb stick from point 3?
