Clover on X58 (GA-X58A-UD3R Rev 2.0) doesn't see Catalina installer

I know getting Catalina onto my old X58 board (GA-X58A-UD3R Rev 2.0) might have some challenges, but I'm falling at the first hurdle - Clover (even from the UniBeast installer) just doesn't see the Catalina USB installer.

I've tried with UniBeast ... boot from USB sees my internal disks, but doesn't see the Catalina installer.

My existing Clover installation doesn't see the Catalina installer on the UniBeast USB.
