Can I make a macOS Sierra live USB?

I have an ASUS K501UW-AB78 laptop. I don't want to use the internal SSD to dual boot macOS and Windows. I would like to have a USB flash drive that I can boot to that has macOS on it. Is there a way I can go about this?
