got an Appen job offer but I don't have a mac

Ok so, I'm pretty broke on money and I applied to Appen a couple weeks ago for the social media and search engine analyst positions. Never heard back from then about that but I got a job offer today. It just so happens that I'm in a region they need for a local map pronunciation job .. But the catch is that it needs a mac. I know nothing about Macs or hackintosh. Somone just pointed me in theis direction of this forum and I'm hoping to get help. The requirements are ..

Significant experience navigating and/or giving directions throughout this region, including rural areas.

Native speaker of US English dialect.

Mac computer running High Sierra (Mac OS 10.13.X) or higher

.. I currently have a self built desktop with an i7 4790k and a gtx 1080, 8 gigs of ddr3 ram and I'm running it on Windows 7 64 bit. I only have one ssd for system and storage and its small. Just 240 GB.. But compared to the cost of buying a mac for the job while not having the money or a guarantee on if I will get hired or even be able to do it correctly the price of a HDD is not to bad.. there's a local micro center about a half hour away from here anyway. So is it possible for me to get mac working on my rig ? Where do I start and how complicated is it . Thanks in advanced
