I'm using a late 2013, 13-inch, Retina Macbook Pro running macOS Ventura 13.6.6 through Opencore. But my question is, should I be concerned about getting viruses on my Mac with certain things such as "ALLOW_UNTRUSTED_KEXTS" being enabled in Opencore Patcher?
I have programs such as Firefox with Ublock Origin, Mullvad VPN, Malwarebytes Free, and a large amount of the tools provided by Objective-See (ReiKey, KnockKnock, TaskExplorer and WhatsYourSign just to name a few).
