Um... Should I be concerned?

Upgraded my 2007 iMac 20" with a T9300, 4gb ram, and a samsung 870 sata ssd. Loaded it up with Big Sur, and then the issues started. First, I had no bluetooth capability, even with a usb bluetooth adapter, and then the graphics turned into a garbled mess.
