The pc is an HP EliteDesk 800 G1 SFF, I try to install MacOS High Sierra but it does not work

I search the internet and there were several people who has trouble but the problem is that the solution that works for them does not work for me

4go ram x2 so 8gb of ram in all
HDD 250GB
and for the graphics card, I use the integrated one.
