Computer getting stuck on loading screen. Can't enter BIOS, can't boot up computer.

So I turned on my computer this morning to do some work, and anytime my computer starts it goes into this screen: http://imgur.com/a/xk8Jo

That screen lasts no longer than usually 10-15 seconds, then boots into macOS.

That screen is now lasting well over a half hour, and just stays there. It's not booting into macOS anymore.

I tried to go into BIOS from that screen, and nothing.

What's going on here? How do I fix this?

Is it safe to just remove the SSD I installed macOS on, try restarting and seeing if that works?
