Is it possible to get MacOS on my Ryzen 1800X CPU?

Hello, I just recently built my new gaming PC and was wondering if I could be able to run MacOS. I've looked around the web and noticed a lot of people saying that MacOS doesn't run too well on AMD CPU's. I'm a iOS Developer and my only use for MacOS would be to run Xcode since it would be more convenient to use my Desktop instead of my MacBook Pro. If it matters here is the reset of my PC Specs: CPU - Ryzen 1800X GPU - ASUS STRIX 1080 Ti RAM - 16GB 3000 Mhz
