Display issues e.g. undoing EDID Override

I have a few display issues. Any help would be most appreciated!

• Every time I boot, my colors are too warm—almost like Night Shift is switched on a tiny bit. To undo this, I have to go into Night Shift, and click somewhere on the color temperature slider.
• About 50-75% of the time, I randomly get booted into an incorrect resolution. Rebooting once or twice usually gets me to my proper resolution (3440x1440).
• Not knowing exactly what was up, I tried this EDID Override thingie on GitHub. I don't know if this is causing issues or solving them, but I don't know how to undo this patch. I've tried deleting the color profile, but it always comes back.
