Forgot apfs.efi - any way to install it without booting into macos?

Hey guys,

I just tried upgrading to high Sierra but I forgot to add apfs.efi so the partition won't show in the boot manager.

Is there any way to add apfs.efi through for example a usb-bootable Linux system?
