Hackintosh won't boot unless the USB is plugged in, graphics memory shows 4mb and ethernit is not working. What do i do?

I just turned my Dell Inspiron 15R 5521 into a hackintosh, running Niresh's Sierra distro. I've been facing all of the above problems and I have no idea how to fix them. Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks.
