Managed to get my rig working with just a few kexts. I made a vanilla usb and i used lilu and whatevergreen kexts and i got the r9 380 working without changing my boot graphics card. It shows up as r9 285 4gb and i have full accelereration. Thanks to u/corpnewt for the detailed guide!
