Can't get bluetooth to work on system. Willing to pay someone to help!

I purchased the IO gear bluetooth 4.0 adapter and I cannot get it to work. I'm willing to pay someone for there time to help me. I've tried this https://github.com/the-darkvoid/BrcmPatchRAM I did get it to work for a few hours and then it stopped working. In trying to fix it I think I made it worse. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
