Hackintosh Help

Hello, I am new-ish to hackintosh. (I have done one other hackintosh with a laptop about 4 years ago. It didn't work well, probably because I just jumped into it without much research.) This will be my first time doing a legit hackintosh and want to make sure that all will work well. My uses for it will be mostly video and audio editing, but i am hoping to install windows on a separate drive for gaming. I just want to make sure that this will work before I make my final decision. I have my parts list. PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Just wondering if that wifi card is compatible and if not getting one that is for around $65 USD. I am also going to upgrade the CPU cooler asap but it is just for the beginning until I have more money that is available to spend. How much will faster RAM speeds really affect my performance in OSX.

The last thing is is that I do not have a mac that is easily accessible for me to use. I have friends with macs that I assume would be willing to help, but if there is any way to do the install without an additional mac, I would rather do that. Also does Final Cut Pro X take advantage of all 8 threads or will an i5-7600k work just fine.
