System ran fine for 2 years, now won't get past the apple load screen.

Hi, I'm running into a bit of a wall. I've had this system up running with no issues for 2 years or so. last week it started getting to the apple screen, loading about 75% of the way and then shutting down. Computer boots fine on PC side, no issues at all. I'm just not sure how to make it out as its been a while since ive had to deal with it.

Mobo- GA-Z77X-UD5H - gigabyte CPU - i5 3570K Memory - 32GB GPU - 970 Nvidia Geforce Gigabyte SanDisk 480 SSD - Main Drive SanDisk 250 SSD - Scratch Drive

Also its running Clover and El Capitan. I havent updated either since everything was working fine.
