Upgraded to High Sierra now system is running very sluggish

Not sure what happened but upgraded from 10.12.6 to 10.13.1 and now everything runs sort of sluggish and choppy. I'm running a 3770 and a GTX 1060 6GB. Anyone have any thoughts?
