I Don't Know How To Fix Window Server Service only ran for 0 seconds On Desktop PC

I'm getting this error and I'm trying to install High Sierra onto my desktop. I have an i7 8700k, 1080 ti gigabyte 1080 ti torus extreme edition X2 SLI along with a msi godlike z370 motherboard. I don't know what else to do or try, if anyone could help.
