I finally fixed the "still waiting for boot device" problem

After a few hours switching flags, googling and rebooting, I found a fix for this problem. After changing the USB speed from hi speed to full speed in the bios, the error stopped occurring and I managed to boot up macOS

Just letting you all and google know, because I didn't find anything about having to switch from hi speed to full speed.
