Apologies for the rather basic question; I've been out of the scene for a while. I just upgraded to High Sierra on Kaby Lake (from Nehalem/Bloomfield... that should give you an idea of how long it's been). Still running my GTX 760 though, which I always loved but is similarly outdated.
What's the best card you can buy that "just works" like the 760 these days? Or is everyone going with the latest and greatest now, and using what I understand are newly-available nvidia drivers?
