Is there a way to wipe clover and do a clean install?

I think I’ve totally messed everything up with Clover. Was trying to get it to update to High Sierra from El Capitan on a MultiBeast build then I installed Clover Configurator and tried updating Clover to see if that would work and now I can’t boot to any of my drives. If I select my boot drive or recovery hd it just goes to a black screen and if I try booting to my windows drive it shows the windows loading for a bit and then the display shuts off. Is there any easy way for me to totally wipe the clover install on my computer and start fresh again? I have install USB’s for El Capitan and High Sierra. If anyone would be willing to walk me through this, I would be super grateful.
