Selling my Hackintosh

It is with a heavy heart that I must part ways with my beloved Hackintosh.

My question: Would it be better to sell the build as a whole, or sell individual parts separately?

The system is less than a year old and very lightly used. Kept very clean and dust free. Should I install Windows if I sell it as a whole? What's my best approach?
