Controlling RGB lighting on system components?

I have an s340 elite with a z370 Asrock Extreme4, Kraken x62, GSkill Trident Z RGB Ram and Gigabyte G1 Gaming. I wondering how (or if) I can go about controlling all of the RGB lighting for these. Is it possible on Mac OS? Thanks
