[Help] install mac osx 10.13.4 issue

I just download 10.13.4 dmg n i want to install newly but when boot from my usb Drive there is no image of 10.13.4 on usb pen drive i dont know what is the prob even when i make 10.13.3 its showing but 10.13.4 nahhh plz help
