Hi guys, I need your help

I decided to build my first hackintosh. I downloaded mac OS for virtual Machine did everything "9to5 mac" told me to do and when I try to boot it via USB it would boot by screen will flicker and go back to BOIS or boot onto windows. I even turned of secure boot.

Spec Intel i7 8700k Asus tuf z360 plus 1080
